A cleaning tool of exterior glasses in an apartment and a building are provided to improve safety as a user cleans the exterior glasses in the inside without leaning outward. A cleaning tool of exterior glasses in an apartment and a building comprises an upper frame(3), a middle frame(4), and a lower frame(6). A nozzle fixing device(12) and a mounting/demounting device(2) are integrally formed at the end of the upper frame. A foreign material tool(1) is assembled in the mounting/demounting device. A handle(10) and a jet control switch(5) adhere on the top of lower frame. At the lower part of the lower frame, the other handle(7) is formed.
