A noodle manufacturing device and noodle manufactured by the same device are provided, which make toughness and softness of noodle maintained for a long term. A noodle is produced as follows. One selected among rice flour, glutinous rice flour, wheat flour, adlay powder, brown rice powder, and buckwheat is added to water in which the salt is added and is mixed. Steaming solid material is steamed. A first compact material is injected in the first extrusion part(10) and is compacted. A second compact material is manufactured by injecting the first compact material in the second extrusion part(20). The second compact material is formed into noodle by compression molding. The noodle is cooled, washed, dried, and quickly frozen. |
