An aqueous lubricant composition for a cold forging process is provided to prevent a lubricant from absorbing moisture and to maintain the initial status even in long-term exposure to high humidity. An aqueous lubricant composition for a cold forging process is composed of a polymer(A), water-soluble inorganic material(B), surfactant(C) and water(D). A weight ratio of (B/A) is 0.2~6. A weight ratio of ((A+B)/D) is 0.2~3. The polymer contains one or more materials selected from the group consisting of polyethylene wax, polyurethane resin, polytetra fluoroethylene(PTFE), Carnauba wax and amide wax. The water-soluble inorganic material contains one or more materials selected from the group consisting of silica, sodium borate, sodium silicate, talc, graphite and sodium carbonate. |
