The invention provides a motor for an electromotor power steering device which enables heat generated near a brush body to efficiently transfer to a bracket in order to dramatically inhibit the raise of temperature neat the brush body, and a manufacturing method thereof. A sealing material (32) having electric insulating property and heat transfer property is clipped between the bracket (7) and a metal sheet (21) which is connected with a brush plait (24) guided out from the brush body (3) and structures an electric conducting part of the brush body (3). The sealing material (32) include fluidity while being coated and is hardened after a brush shelf pedestal (4) is fixed at the bracket (7). In addition, the sealing material (42) having electric insulating property and heat transfer property, which is composed by rubber material, is clipped between the bracket (7) and the metal sheet (21) and is pressed for fixation by the bracket (7) and the metal sheet (21). |
