<p>A manufacturing method of graphite steel is provided to increase the mixing efficiency of the molten steel and inoculants and distribute graphite uniformly and minutely by injecting inoculants in the bottom of a ladle before tapping molten steel to the ladle. A manufacturing method of graphite steel comprises following steps. The inoculant is injected into the bottom of a ladle before tapping molten steel to the ladle. The molten steel is injected into the ladle and argon gas which is inert gas inside the ladle. The molten steel stir inside the ladle is induced. CaSi singleness inoculant is used as the inoculant. The suitable injection amount of the CaSi singleness inoculants is 0.6~2.0 wt%.</p> |
