ORGANIC THIN FILM TRANSISTOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An organic thin film transistor and manufacturing method thereof are provided to lower the contact resistance by a doping effect by changing substituent in the surface-treated organic semiconductor material. The gate electrode(102) is formed on the substrate(101) made of glass, and plastic or silicon. The gate dielectric(103) is formed on the gate electrode. The source electrode(104) and drain electrode(105) are formed on the gate dielectric. The source electrode and drain electrode are separated from the gate electrode. The surface(104') of the source electrode and the surface(105') of the drain electrode are surface-treated using the organic semiconductor material.
