A turbine and a turbocharger including the same are provided to increase pressure loss of the fluid and to decrease the flux because the area of the stream passage of the communications part communicating the peripheral scroll part and inner circumference scroll part is reduced according to the downstream direction of the scroll part. A turbine comprises a turbine rotor(80), a housing(60), plural stationary vanes(102), a connection unit(101), and a switching valve(90). The turbine rotor includes a turbine blade(82). The housing houses the turbine rotor. The cross section of a scroll unit(100) formed between the housing and turbine rotor is gradually reduced. The plural stationary vanes are fastened on the curve dividing the scroll unit into an inner circumferential scroll unit(66) and an outer circumferential scroll unit(68). The connection unit is formed between the nearby stationary vanes. The connection unit connects the inner and outer circumferential scroll units. The switching valve switches the flow path of the inner flow path of housing to one of the inner and outer circumferential scroll units. |
