A safety bar is provided to restrict damage and malfunction of the LED panel by arranging the LED panel apart from the bottom inside the body and blocking the infiltration of rainwater. A safety bar(100) comprises a gate bar(110) which is equipped with a separation plate(114) so as to be divided into an upper body(111) and a lower body(112), an LED panel(120) which is located apart from the separation plate and the bottom of the lower body within a lower space(20) and illuminates the bottom of the gate bar, a shock absorbing member(130) which is equipped in the bottom side of the lower body to reduce the impact in the collision with a vehicle, and a fastener(140) positioning the LED panel apart in the lower space.
