A tablet counter is provided to adjust the width and height of a tablet discharge path by enable the tablet counter to control a controller on a tablet receiver. A protrusion unit(11) is formed in front of a main body(10), and at least two hollow tubes(12) are installed in a lower portion of the protrusion unit. A rotating plate is installed in the floor of a tablet receiving unit(20), and a recessed groove(21) is formed in the upper part of the tablet receiving unit. An adjusting tool(22) is installed at one side of the recessed groove to adjust a tablet discharge path(25), and a detector is formed in the one side of the falling portion of the tablet. A circuit control board is electrically connected to the detector, and control the number of the falling tablets to fall the tablets in order. A power transmitting tool is interworked with the rotation plate of the tablet receiving unit.
