摘要 An LED driving device and a method thereof are provided to reduce a flicker phenomenon due to a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) clock signal of a high frequency by subdividing ON section of a scan line of an LED panel. A counter(31) outputs N-m bit by counting a PWM clock signal(PWMCK). A comparator(32) outputs an identical N-m bit after comparing N-m bit gray data with N-m bit output of the counter. A 2m bit sub scan selection part(33) selects sub scan sections in response to a downlink m bit of the gray data. A PWM clock coupling part(34) couples the sub scan sections selected by the 2m bit sub scan selection part with the N-m bit output of the comparator, and generates a PWM control signal.
