A method of manufacturing of a seasoned squid legs with improved taste is provided to realize improved taste while maintaining soft of a squid legs by mixing a seasoning liquor with the squid legs and roasting it on a heated elvan. Legs are selected and cuttlebone is removed from a squid, and the salty is removed. The squid legs is mixed with seasoning liquor for 1~2 hours. The mixed leg of a squid is repined in the room temperature for 5~7 days, and the repined squid leg is dried so that the percentage of water content is keep as 60~80%. The squid legs are refrigerated, and then it is roasted on a heated elvan. |
