ACTIVE MATRIX ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

An AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) display is provided to display an image with high quality by suppressing the change of the brightness characteristic of a pixel due to the change of the threshold voltage of a driving transistor. A source of a driving transistor(N1) is connected to an OLED. A driving voltage for driving the OLED is applied to the drain of the driving transistor. A memory capacitor(Cm) is connected to the gate and the source of the driving transistor in parallel. A scan signal and a data current signal are applied to the gate and the source of a switching transistor(N3). The drain of the switching transistor is connected to the source of the driving transistor. The source of the programming transistor(N2) is connected to the gate of the driving transistor. The gate of the programming transistor is connected to the scan line. A DC bias voltage is applied to the drain of the programming transistor. The current controller determines the current passing through the driving transistor and the switching transistor.
