<p>A magnetic oscillation device, magnetic head including the magnetic oscillation device, and magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus are provided to obtain the Q value of oscillation of the magnetization portion of the magnetization free layer by the magnetization free layer made of CoFeB. The mixture self-oscillation element comprises the vibration generating unit(1), and the magnetic resistive unit(2). The vibrating source generating unit is electro-magnetically coupled with the magnetic resistive unit. The magnetic resistive unit consists of the magnetization free layer(8), and the spacer layer(9) and magnetic pinned layer(10). The magnetization free layer has the magnetization portion which changes according to the external magnetism. The magnetization free layer is made of the alloy of Co, Ni, and Fe. The artificial ferri-film of the CoFeB / Ru / CoFe film is formed in the magnetic pinned layer.</p> |
