A method for preparing porous organic inorganic hybrid materials is provided to increase the surface area of porous organic and inorganic hybrid by comprising a step for refining it with inorganic salts and to be environment-friendly by not using the hydrofluoric acid. A method for preparing porous organic inorganic hybrid materials comprises the steps of: (i) mixing organic compounds acting as a metal precursor and ligand, and solvent to prepare the reactant mixed solution; (ii) heating the reactant mixed solution; and (iii) refining the porous organic inorganic hybrid materials with the solution dissolved with inorganic salts.
