A TRANSFORMATION METHOD OF ACTINOPLANES TEICHOMYCETICUS BY CONJUGAL TRANSFER

A transformation method of actinoplanes teichomyceticus using a vector containing bacteriophage C31 att/int system is provided to improve transformation rate. A method for transforming by conjugal transfer of actinoplanes teichomyceticus comprises: a step of inducing a vector in E.coli ET12567/pUZ8002 and culturing the strain to produce a 1.2Î 10^8 of donor; a step of culturing actinoplanes teichomyceticus ATCC31121 in the medium and collecting the 1Î 10^5 of receptor; and a step of mixing donor and receptor.
