A synthetic resin conduit welding device is provided to fuse the pipe by releasing a locking part after the fuse completion. A synthetic resin conduit welding device comprises a base(11), a fixed clamp(12), a rod(13), a moving clamp(14), a manual lever(15), and a locking part(16). A fixed clamp is fixed on the top of the base. The fixed clamp grips and fixes a fused pipe. The rod is inserted into the left and right side of the fixed clamp. The moving clamp is inserted into the rod. The moving clamp grips and moves the fused pipe. The manual lever moves the moving clamp back and forth. The locking part maintains releases the fuse pressure of the moving clamp according to the operation of the manual lever.
