A call connection method using the movement information of a mobile communication terminal and a system thereof are provided to enable a BS(Base Station) to estimate the position of the mobile terminal by referring to BS history information received from the mobile terminal. A mobile communication terminal which receives wireless connection signals from one or more base stations, collects movement information according to a preset condition(S108). The collected movement information is transmitted to the base stations(S110). The base stations which receive the movement information estimates the location of the mobile terminal based on the movement information(S112).
