摘要 The present invention provides a Luo Han Guo whole fruit extract prepared by a process that includes extracting the peel and pulp of Luo Han Guo fruits by boiling water. The resulting whole fruit extract can be formulated into a sugar-free, low calorie, low glycemic index syrup or jam comprising the Luo Han Guo whole fruit extract and sugar alcohols (polyols).
