发明名称 N-DOPED TITANIA NANOTUBES AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
摘要 An N-doped titania nano tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be applied to various fields like the second cell electrode material etc by having excellent anisotropy, reproducibility, and uniformity. A manufacturing method of an N-doped titania nano tube comprises the following steps: a step for manufacturing a nano particle or an N-doped titania sol by mixing a titania precursor and a nitrogen precursor; and a step for manufacturing an N-doped titania nano tube through an aging process by acid treatment, hydrothermal synthesis, cleaning of dissolved compound, and alkali treatment about the N-doped titania sol or the nano particle. The nitrogen precursor is selected among alkyl amine of carbon number 1~6, ammonia solution, ammonia gas, hydrazine hydrate, and a nitrogen atom. The alkali treatment is performed by using alkali hydroxide of 5~10M.
