A citric ester-based plasticizer composition for polyvinyl chloride is provided to ensure excellent heating loss of sheet, migration resistance, static heat resistance, transparency, stickiness, tensile strength and elongation. A citric ester-based plasticizer composition for polyvinyl chloride comprises at least two kinds of compound selected from a citric ester-based compound represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1, R2 and R3 are different, and represent C4-10 linear or branched alkyl group. A method for manufacturing a plasticizer composition comprises the steps of: mixing citric acid 1 mole, acetic anhydride 1~1.5 mole, at least two kinds of alcohol 3~6 mole selected from C4-10 alcohols, catalyst 0.001~0.10 mole and entrainment material 0.1~2.0 mole; and reacting the mixture at 100 ~ 200 ‹C for 2 ~ 8 hours. |
