A device for opening and closing a shutter for a ventilation window is provided to minimize the repair or replace cost by replacing only the defected part. A device for opening and closing a shutter for a ventilation window comprises a ventilation opening, a shutter unit(30), a rotating link(40), an elevating unit(60) and a control lever(80). A shutter moving unit for the ventilation window includes a locking guide member(70) and a locking unit. The ventilation opening is connected to a pair of horizontal(10) and vertical(20) frames. The shutter unit comprises a rotating disc shutter(32) and is opened and closed by the rotation of the rotating shutter. The rotating link is formed in the inner side of the vertical frame and the shutter holder of the shutter unit is formed on the center of the rotating link one end. The control lever is protruded to the front of the perpendicular frame and mounted on the rotating link in order to rotate along with the control lever. The locking unit is consisting of a handle(110). |
