A system for recognizing and converting image data in a video call, a server thereof and a method thereof are provided to minimize the packet loss through a control channel and a data channel when transmitting a video call frame and text data to a receiving terminal. If a video call session completion signal is received from a calling terminal(11), an image recognizing/converting server(30) connects the video call session to the calling terminal and a called terminal(21), extracts operation data corresponding to the operation analysis of a video call frame received from the calling terminal, and then transmits the extracted operation data to a control channel and a data channel. The called terminal outputs the transmitted operation data. |
