A health recovery system is provided to convert energy contained in mineral into the energy necessary for the human body through input material and shape development and to deliver the energy to the body. A health recovery system compriess a helth main body(1) formed by calcinging and molding the particles consisting of about 10% elvan, about 10% germanium, 50% pottery stone and 30% micanite; an circle energy radiating groove(2) formed with 1cm diameter and 1cm depth on the circumference of the body; the upper and lower energy radiating grooves(3) formed with the same size as the circle energy radiating groove; a floor energy radiating groove formed with the same size as the circle energy radiating groove; a heat-emitting heater controlling the temperature of the body; and a warmer maintaining the temperature of the body.
