An LBS(Location Based Service) providing method, an LBS system and a service data providing server are provided to estimate the location related life pattern of a specific subscriber by performing the statistics or analysis for billing data which is kept for a predetermined time by a mobile communication provider. A service data request receiver(210) receives a request for service data. A billing data extractor(220) extracts billing data in response to the request. A service data generator(230) generates service data through the statistics or analysis for the extracted billing data. A service data transmitter(240) transmits the generated service data as a response to the request.
