A concrete composition for paving a bridge-deck and a bridge-deck paving method using the same are provided to secure the excellent resistivity toward the penetration of the water with the fatty acid metal salt component. A bridge-deck paving method using concrete composition for paving a bridge-deck comprises following steps. The bridge deck is cleaned. The mortar composition for impregnation is applied in the cleaned bridge deck. The concrete composition for the bridge-deck paving is applied in the surface in which the mortar composition for impregnation is poured. The concrete composition for the bridge-deck paving is made of cement 100 weight%, fine slag powder 10~40 weight%, fly ash 8~15 weight%, absorption inhibitor 0.1~1 weight%, the aggregate and the water 50~70 weight%. The aggregate comprises fine aggregate 280~400 weight% and coarse aggregate 250~350 weight%. The absorption inhibitor is the calcium stearate salt in which the calcium metal salt is included. The concrete composition for the bridge-deck paving more includes dispersing agent 0.5~2.0 weight%, entraining agent 0.0001~0.0004 weight%, and nylon fiber reinforcing material 0.02~0.05 weight%.
