A sample producer for an electric steel plate component analyzer is provided to improve the precision of measurement of the electric steel plate by manufacturing the sample having constant size and weight using an automatized system. A sample producer for an electric steel plate component analyzer comprises a punching part, a punching mold(230), a sample fixing part, and a rotary shaft(160). The punching part comprises a RAM vertically reciprocating. The punching mold is positioned at the lower part of the punching part. The sample fixing part is positioned at the lower part of the punching mold. The sample fixing part comprises the fixing unit which provisionally fixes the cut sample. The rotary shaft is positioned to be adjacent to the sample fixing part. The rotary shaft winds the sample by rotating with fixing one end of the sample fixed to the sample fixing part.
