A wireless receiver and a wireless communication system comprising the same are provided to increase the efficiency in removing a blocker signal by feeding back/mixing signals which have lower frequencies than a baseband frequency, and then outputting the blocker signal. A duplexer(140) selects one of receiving and transmitting modes for an antenna(110). A wireless transceiver(120) comprises a main path which operates in the RF domain and a feedback path which operates in a frequency domain lower than the RF domain to transmit/receiver wireless signals. A baseband processor(150) is combined with the wireless transceiver to perform the signal processing in a baseband frequency domain and control a system. The baseband processor performs the signal processing for signals outputted from the wireless transceiver and then provides the processed results to peripheral circuits or receives data from the peripheral circuits and then provides them to the wireless transceiver.
