A jacking oil pump testing device for a power plant is provided to adjust center by vertically and horizontally moving a jacking oil pump through adjusting units and LM guides when the eccentricity of a test motor and the jacking oil pump is generated. A jacking oil pump testing device(10) for a power plant comprises a frame unit(30), a tank unit, and a test motor(20a,20b,20c). The test motor is installed in the same number as jacking oil pumps(24a,24b,24c). A hoist(18) is installed at the upper end of the frame unit. The hoist lifts the jacking oil pumps. A height adjusting unit(26a,26b,26c) and an LM guides(28a,28b,28c) are installed respectively below the jacking oil pumps. The Jacking oil pumps are vertically and horizontally moved with the adjusting units and the LM guides.
