A dry particle phase adsorbent, adsorption filter structure, technology making a filter, and the filter are provided to improve adsorption performance in a high temperature zone of exhaust gas, and to improve selectivity about carbon dioxide in carbon dioxide. A dry particle phase adsorbent is manufactured by dipping an alkali metal and an alkaline earth metal on the surface of a dipping material or an adsorbent. The adsorption filter structure increases a contact area of the adsorption surface of carbon dioxide by applying powder of an adsorbent on a porous supporting body, and processing dust and gas at the same time by forming a minute pore between particles. A manufacturing method of the adsorbent includes the following steps of: mixing a dipping material in temperature of 60~70‹C, filtering mixed liquid; washing particle with ion exchanged water; drying the washed particle in 120‹C; and sintering the dried particle in 300~600‹C.
