A device for automatically adjusting the position of a monitor is provided to perform the position controlling without the incline of a seat back by building a tool correcting the incline of a front seat in the seat back. A device for automatically adjusting the position of a monitor comprises a seat back rotating rod(3), a timing gear(4), a rotation angle sensor(6), an monitor position correction shaft(7), a monitor(11), and a deceleration gear motor(9). The rotation angle sensor is installed toward the reference point of the timing gear. When a seat back(2) being rotation controlled to the backward and forward and inclining, the rotation angle sensor detects the rotation angle of the timing gear. The monitor position correction shaft is horizontally installed on the top of the seat back. When the rotation angle sensor detects the rotation angle of the seat back, the deceleration gear motor rotates the monitor position correction shaft to opposite direction as the same rotation angle in order to correct the incline of the monitor.
