ADENO-ASSOCIATED VIRUS SEROTYPE 5 VECTOR FOR TARGETED GENE DELIVERY

摘要

An adeno-associated virus serotype 5 vector which is used as a targeted gene delivery is provided to target virus by inserting targeted motif peptide into capside protein of virus vector and improve gene delivery efficiency. A targeted recombinant virus vector is derived from an adeno-associated virus serotype 5 and comprises a nucleic acid sequence which encodes a capside protein in which targeted motif peptide is inserted. The targeted motif peptide has 5-25 amino acid. The targeted motif peptide recognizes a molecule which presents in tumor cell membrane. A molecule in the tumor cell membrane is sialyl Lewis X, integrin or tenascin C.
