摘要 A micro solid-oxide fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement a fuel battery with large area without lithography and etching process and to reduce costs. A micro solid-oxide fuel cell comprises a unit cell which includes an open pore porous metal thick film supporter, and a negative electrode thin film and a positive electrode thin film respectively on both surfaces by interposing an electrolyte thin film. A method for manufacturing the micro solid-oxide fuel cell comprises the steps of: preparing slurry mixed with metal or metal oxide powder and organic solution, applying the slurry on a ceramic substrate in a film form, and sintering coated material in the reducing atmosphere to prepare a porous metal thick film supporter; and laminating a negative electrode, electrolyte and a positive electrode thin film on the porous metal thick film supporter to prepare unit cells.
