A control board assembly and a display device including the same are provided to remove an EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) noise generated between a control board and a shield case by forming a cutting part to the shield case. A control board assembly includes a control board(240), at least one electronic part, and a shield case(250). The electronic part is mounted on one surface of the control board. A connection part is formed on one surface of the control board in order to transmit a signal to outside. The shield case receives the control board. At least one cutting part(252) is formed on one surface of the shield case in order to expose the electronic part. A first opening part is formed in the shield case in order to expose the connection part. A plate member(260) having an insulation property covers the cutting part.
