PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor capable of further improving ESR (equivalent series resistance), while ensuring electrostatic capacitance. SOLUTION: A first inner electrode 21 has a first main electrode 22, a leading conductor 26, extending with a space provided to the main electrode 22, exposed from a substrate E1 and connected to a first terminal electrode 10; a coupling conductor 23 for coupling the main electrode 22 to the leading conductor 26; and a leading conductor 28, extending from the main electrode 22, exposed from the substrate E1 and connected to a first connection conductor 14. A second inner electrode 31 has a main electrode 32, a leading conductor 36 extending with a space provided to the main electrode 32, exposed from the substrate E1 and connected to a second terminal electrode 12; and a coupling conductor 33 for coupling the main electrode 32 to the leading conductor 36. A third inner electrode 41 has a main electrode 42, and a leading conductor 43, extending from the main electrode 42 exposed from the substrate E1 and connected to the first connection conductor 14.
