PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out proper amount injection of a deoxidizer, and to carry out appropriate countermeasures even there is anomaly. SOLUTION: The control method has a step S3 of calculating a dissolved oxygen removal amount from an injection amount value of the deoxidizer, a step S4 of determining whether or not A=B+C is satisfied with respect to a supply water dissolve oxygen concentration value A, a condensed water dissolved oxygen concentration value B, and the dissolved oxygen removal amount value C calculated in the step 3, a step S11 of increasing an injection amount of the deoxidizer such that the dissolve oxygen removal amount value becomes the value A when A=B+C is satisfied in the step S4, a step S12 of determining whether or not the value B is equal to zero when A=B+C is not satisfied in the step S4, a step S16 of reducing the injection amount of the deoxidizer such that the dissolve oxygen removal amount value becomes the value A when the value B is equal to zero in the step S12, and a step S17 of generating an alarm when the value B is not equal to zero in the step S12.
