PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float with which an angler easily changes the position of the float. SOLUTION: The float 1 includes an outer shell body made of a synthetic resin or the like, and the outer shell has a float body 2 interiorly formed with a hollow part 2a, and a sinker 7 having one end side turnably supported on a shaft 3 arranged in the hollow part 2a and extending in the vertical direction of the float 1. The sinker 7 has a hole 7a for receiving the shaft 3 to be inserted therein, and is loosely fitted to the shaft so as to be turned around the shaft 3 with the shaft 3 as the center. The float 1 is formed so as to float in water in an attitude in which a balance sinker 6 attached on the lower side within the hollow part 2a is positioned on the lower side, and the sinker 7 is turned through tilting the float 1 by an angler.
