PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely close an opening in the sewing with a mouth-closing string even if a drop stitch is present. SOLUTION: In stacked shellfish culture baskets, tape or band-shaped auxiliary nets 7 having a mesh smaller than that of a box net 6 are continuously formed at both edges constituting an entrance opening 10 of the box net 6 surrounding the stacked baskets, and the space between the opposite edges of the auxiliary net 7 is used as the entrance opening 10 and is opened or closed with a mouth-closing string 9.
