The method involves producing an object i.e. airplane window frame (1) by forging or casting, and solution annealing of the object. The object is arranged in a solution annealed condition. The arranging process is implemented by detecting an actual geometry of sections (3) of the object, and comparing the detected actual geometry with reference geometry of a section of the object. A section to be arranged by recasting is calculated. The calculated section is subjected to targeted recasting radiations for arranging the object and/or sections to be arranged.
