The device has a fuel pump (20a), an injector (20c) and an air adjuster (20d) provided as an integral component of an injecting module (2). A pressure controller (20b) is provided as an integral component of the injector (20c). The injector has a valve element (40) i.e. outwardly opened valve element, and a nozzle area (45), which is connected by connecting lines (41, 41a) with a pumping area (31) of the fuel pump. The valve element has a pressure area (40a) arranged at the pumping area. The connecting lines are formed in interior of the valve element of the injector.
