<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a letterpress printing plate which does not need the transferring work of a tape to the back surface side of a solid projecting part, heretofore, conducted at a printing field. <P>SOLUTION: In the letterpress printing plate composed of a material having flexibility, an inside buildup part 121 is formed at the back surface side of the solid projecting part 111 of a projecting part 110, to which printing ink adheres. The part corresponding to the inside buildup part 121 is not formed at the back surface side of an integlio halftone projecting part 112.
