<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical operation apparatus securing a clearance between an electrode on the tip of a probe and an electrode of a jaw, and easy managements of production errors of each part of the apparatus and assembly errors. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical operation apparatus is equipped with a sheath 18, a shaft form vibration conveyance part 11 transferring ultrasonic wave through the sheath 18, and a jaw 17 placed on the tip of the vibration conveyance part 11, pivoted by a probe tip 3a forming a first electrode of a bipolar electrode and by the tip of the sheath 18 having an occlusion face biting with the probe tip 3a and having the other second electrode of the bipolar electrodes, wherein the jaw 17 has a terminal tip 208 allowing a positional displacement relative to the probe tip 3a in case of occlusion with the probe tip 3a at the tip of occlusion surface 206 with the probe tip 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
