<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium and a reading apparatus capable of forming more minute dot pattern than being formed by a printing technology, capable of improving transparency of a transparent information recording medium, and capable of reading a dot pattern even if the reading apparatus is inclined. <P>SOLUTION: In a system for reading a dot pattern on a surface of the information recording medium using a light (infrared ray etc.) having a specific frequency, a dot of the dot pattern is miniaturized by being formed by a photo-resist process, then deterioration in transparency is prevented by forming the dot by a through-hole on a transparent information recording medium. Then a recognition rate of the dot pattern is secured by diffusing/reflecting the light on a surface of the medium even when the dot pattern is read by inclining the reading apparatus, or by using a pattern recognition technology relating to a dot which is imaged as a notched shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
