PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately perform positioning between three-dimensional medical images. SOLUTION: In two three-dimensional medical images, a coordinate transformation parameter is determined from the position information of a plurality of extracted landmark pairs extracted by a landmark extraction part 30c and selected by an extracted landmark correspondence part 30d, and two corresponding cross sections are displayed which are generated by an image generation part 30f using the coordinate transformation parameter. When a point that a user who refers to the two corresponding cross sections pays attention to is specified as a user landmark, the coordinate transformation parameter is updated from the position information of the user landmark acquired by a user landmark position information acquisition part 30h and the position information of a corresponding landmark generated by a corresponding landmark generation part 30i and acquired by a corresponding landmark position information acquisition part 30j, and the two corresponding cross sections are displayed which are updated by the image generation part 30f using the updated coordinate transformation parameter.
