PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of preventing infiltration of water droplets and the like into an air cleaner without degrading intake efficiency. SOLUTION: A bottom plate portion 31 disposed on a back surface side of a seat and a top face portion 40c of a rear fender 40 are provided with an opposed wall portion 44, a side wall portion 45, a front wall portion 34, and a side wall portion 35 standing on the side of the air cleaner 50. The bottom plate portion 31 is provided, at an intermediate position, with an inclined portion 31c which is inclined obliquely upward such that the rear side becomes higher than the front side; the air cleaner 50 is arranged below the inclined portion 31c such that its inlet port 51 is opened; and the opposed wall portion 44, the side wall portion 45, the front wall portion 34, and the side wall portion 35 are located ahead and beside the inlet port 51, surrounding the inlet port 51 together with the inclined portion 31c and the top face portion 40c.
