PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein even when a portable telephone is attached with a camera, it is difficult to take pictures using a self timer, since there is no alternative to a tripod stand, or that it is difficult to readily carry a tripod stand of a small-sized camera, even though the tripod stand is provided to the small-sized camera to freely photograph a picture. SOLUTION: A pocket-size base can be used for taking a picture with a self-timer for a small-sized camera, by changing the angle, for example, by pinching the camera to move it, or by moving a clipped circular object.
