PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery server, executing high-load processing without any trouble while reproducing, for example, a content in a client device, and to provide a program. SOLUTION: The information delivery server 3 comprises: a conversion completion determination part 38 which calculates a processable time from a current time to a start time at which the information delivery server 3 starts a predetermined operation by comparing the current time with operation schedule information recorded in an operation schedule information recording part 35, and determines whether or not a format conversion part 33 completes format conversion processing within the calculated processable time; and a list information creation part 41 which creates list information for designating a format executable in a client device 2 based on format information showing an original format and a format whose format conversion processing is determined to be completed.
