PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular power supply device surely supplying electric power to electrical parts when a vehicle is submerged, and a vehicular evacuation device equipped with the vehicular power supply device. SOLUTION: The vehicular power supply device 20, supplying electric power to the electrical parts such as a power window device 30 and a door lock device 40 when the vehicle is submerged, is provided with: a hollow part 21 disposed inside a door 10; a dynamo 23 generating electricity from the water flow into the hollow part 21; and a power supply circuit 26 for supplying electric power from the dynamo 23 to the electrical parts 30 and 40.
