PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism where two moving members composing an expansion type moving body are mutually interlocked and moved, and which moves one side moving member by a longer distance than the other moving member while avoiding upsizing and in a mode minimizing dust generation. SOLUTION: A first rack 19 and a second rack 20 are respectively provided on a first moving member 9 and a second moving member 10 composing the extension type moving body 5. A first pinion 21 on a small diameter side provided on a rotating shaft 18a of a motor 18 for lifting, is engaged with a first rack 19 of the first moving member 9, and a second pinion 22 on a large diameter side is engaged with the second rack 20 of the second moving member 10, and therefore the first moving member 9 and the second moving member 10 are interlocked and the second moving member 10 moves by two times distance of the first moving member 9.
