PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper processing device removing processing waste from either of right and left sides toward a paper conveying direction. SOLUTION: Discharge ports 7A, 7B for discharging the processing waste are provided in the position below a processing part of right and left side frames 10A and 10B toward the conveying direction for conveying the paper to the processing part for processing edge cutting or boring for the paper. The cover having an opening 8A in the position opposed to the discharge port is used for an outer cover on the side where the processing waste is desired to be discharged between the right and left outer covers for covering the frames. A waste conveying belt 9 where a storage container for storing the processing waste is installed and when the container is filled with the waste, the whole container is taken out or conveys the processing waste toward either right or left discharge port and opening, is provided between the discharge ports 7A, 7B on the both right and left sides, and the waste dropped on the belt is conveyed to the side having the opening.
