摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article gripping device gripping two kinds or more of workpieces having largely different outer shapes, by one unit. SOLUTION: The article gripping device is equipped with a pair of outer claws 2a, 2b which are provided on a hand body 1, and approach to and separate from each other; and a pair of inner claws 6 which are guided by guides 5a, 5b provided on the hand body 1 and are moved in the same direction as the outer claws 2. In the article gripping device, the front ends of the pair of outer claws 2a, 2b and the tip ends of the pair of inner claws 6 are formed so as to point to the different direction from each other. The article gripping device is provided with projection parts 2c, 2d which abut on the pair of inner claws 6a, 6b to make them approach to each other, when the pair of outer claws 2a, 2b approach to the pair of outer claws 2, respectively.
